There are 5 hard and fast rules in my Operations Management course.

  1. A video must be shown every 2 weeks.
  2. That video must be at least 20 minutes long.
  3. There must be at least 1 “dramatic reenactment” for every 5 minutes of video.
  4. The video must not have been made after the year 1985.
  5. The suits worn by the middle-aged white male narrator of these videos must not have been made after the year 1965.
